Hungry Jacks BOGOF Whopper on Tuesdays (Excludes VIC)

540

Got this in a letterbox drop today in ACT although it has no real T&C that I can find. On topbargains this deal is listed as being available for all states with no known expiry "Available in QLD, NSW, ACT, S.A, TAS, W.A, N.T only."

Maybe this is a really common deal that isn't worth posting, not sure. If you're like me and want a HJ's fix but don't really feel like you're getting a deal with the regular coupons, maybe this will appeal.

No coupon required.

I've always asked for this on Tuesday and I've only been rejected once which was resolved by taking my phone out and used vouchers instead ;)

Mine always has the ad on their glass windows…..I`d like to see them deny me then….

They advertise the Two for Tuesday on their facebook page. You can just show them that if they're all douchey.

      • I've never had a problem while being advertised.

The issue I had a while back was that they said the Tuesday deal was for the chicken deluxe burger.

No idea if true but thats what they thought. All the advertising had been removed from the windows as well.

Yep, they change every couple of months. Bacon Deluxe, Chicken Deluxe, Whoppers, Whopper Jr..

Someone on the Facebook page asked when if Bacon Deluxe will be next Tuesday, they replied "Watch this space, Tom.". So you'd assume Bacon Deluxe' next week ;)

    Isn't this always the case?

  • Sometimes its the Bacon Burger.

This has been on going deal in SA for at least a couple of months. Not a deal here

how much is a Whopper by itself?

    • I believe prices can vary from state to state

    • Average $5-6 I think.

it's been yonks since I ate a Whopper thank G-d!

if I ate one today it would make me sick (really)!

    if ONLY they'd sell a Chicken-only Whooper!

Maybe Science will GMO up a truly boneless chicken someday.

PS Well, they managed to design NuClear Reactors WITHOUT Costly, Wasteful FUEL-RODS…

      So, anything is possible!

I had a whopper yesterday. Vile. Stale bread. Cheese half in the box. Never again.

    • Yep, it's a dirty, fatty, soggy mess x 2. What seems like a 'bargain' to the hip pocket isn't seen the same way by your internals.

ummm a whooper doesnt come with cheese….

  • +2

It's not ALL STATES as Victoria is not in the T&C.

Title now modified. I'm sorry for your loss

pressing "f" to pay my respects….

  • In the drive through do you have to ask for the deal?

Or you just order Whooper by itself and they give you free one?

    • if you want the free one why not just ask

    • +1

I don't speak from experience but you better believe if you are ordering a whopper on a Tuesday you better mention BOGOF or they will hope you don't know about it.

  • Can't do whoppers anymore. Bread to meat ratio is completely out of whack. I go the junior whopper with double meat - does the trick!

What have they got against VIC? Are they state franchises?

  • I got this deal last week in a NSW store. I ordered Whooper combo and was offered the free whooper by the staff member. It was OK.

  • +1

They made good on this offer no questions asked in Vic today. Just showed the coupon on my phone confidently. Maybe worth a shot for any other victorians. What do we have to lose?

    • shouldn't have to run the gauntlet wondering if it will be knocked back or not, no excuse for geographic discrimination…

  • The store at Knox shopping center (Vic) has a similar deal, cant recall what burger it is at the moment, as I think they change, as a poster said above.
And they have being doing this for awhile & has a poster up about it, but it does state its that store only.

  • In WA buying on Tuesday works out $1 cheaper than the two whopper cheese voucher.
