I purchased a Ps4 this week eBay sent a invoice to cashreward that my purchase is for $245 and I paid 411 approx after 25% off to me there cash reward system sucks big time. I emailed them and they refuse as eBay said no to transaction amount and blame me for mistake. Lol if they can't calculate its not my mistake.So My Question why to give big discounts if they cannot handle the going cash
when eBay does these discounts they subsidise
The Response I get from them:-eBay have told us that their tracking system is extremely accurate and unrecorded reward transactions are generally due to one of the following issues;
clicking on another link after clicking through from the Cashrewards link;
clearing your browser’s cookies;
having cookies disabled before buying an item;
going to eBay to make a purchase, then realising you did not enter through the Cashrewards link, re-entering eBay through Cashrewards and reattempting the purchase. In this instance, the sale will not be attributed to Cashrewards;
purchasing items from within your wishlist;
using a coupon code that did not originate on the Cashrewards website;
part or all of the purchase being returned, refunded or cancelled, or
Spyware, Adware or Adblock programs installed on your computer or corporate firewalls that block tracking cookies

Ive found some adblcokers mean cash rewards do not go through. Especially ones that also block tracking and stuff of that nature. It sucks not to get cashback but it does happen.
I don't have any adblockers. My concern is how did they get $245 when actual transaction was for $411 :/
