    I have just listed only a short list of what will get cleaned. This is a total clean of everything in the office. To be honest there should not be a list as everything gets cleaned. It is also open to your requirements, we can clean whatever else you wish. You wont find a price like this anywhere. Most cleaning service providers will list you what they will clean and will charge you a lot of money for a commercial cleaning service. Our price is set, regardless of the cleaning duties. Yes this is a Bargain.

    We never have a set price, its always based on quotation after a review of the premises, much like everyone else in the market. Commercial cleaning is done through this method. This is not a "house cleaning job". You can do some research online to make up your own mind, what other companies charge for a commercial clean. But I know for certain no one will accept a price quoted above.

        Not necessarily. If an ssd is priced at $150 at all stores but MSY is selling it for $100, I'd consider that a bargain, even if none of the stores are having a sale.

        1 that wouldn't last as a deal post if it was an everyday price. Also an SSD is an object that can be compared, you're just comparing the seller, not the product itself.
        A service being offered can't be compared to the competition, as there's no guarantees here of quality of service, only OPs word. No legitimate reviews of speed of service vs quality, and direct comparisons to the competition. Without those benchmarks, and this just being an everyday hourly rate, it's not a deal!

        Spackbace - Commercial Cleaning is always more expensive than house cleaning, when it is a once off clean. I can only comment regarding our normal price which we would charge, and that is about $50+GST for a commercial site clean depending on many factors, but over time I can estimate that that is a ball park figure. I can Guarantee our work and your satisfaction. I can also note that in all the years of our experience we have not had a bad feedback once. But I do challenge you to find a better deal from any other reputable and experienced company that is willing to go out of their way to do a professional thorough clean of everything in your office site and charge you $35 inclusive of GST.
