Getting a Bargain

Hello All,
Just new here and this is first post.
I was wondering how do we ask suppliers for better deals ie:I am looking to see if Geek buying will redo the expired Tronsmart Quick Charge 2.0 54W 5-Port USB Charger $24.99 US Shipped but I don't know the procedure to ask.
Any help greatly appreciated.

  TightArse or Scotty would probably be the best people to talk to, but if I had to guess you would need to show there is a demands (past deals) and that there is some profit in it for them either brand or money.
