    Doubt it; eBay are footing the bill for the discount.

    If you have the cash you can buy one from eBay, and buy one instore. Play the instore one immediately and then return the eBay one to the store once it arrives and get a full refund.. Just be careful they don't give you store credit or anything :)

  Unless you value a piece of plastic to be worth over $20, the Payday 2 item is not a deal. You only get the base game and one DLC which sums up to be around $6 USD in one of the regular Steam sales. Also, given their recent actions, the developers are not ones you should be supporting.

  I would give a negative vote but since this deal features other items which I personally don't know much about, I'll leave it.
