      Yep confirmed it worked on my app. I pretended to purchase $19.99 item, got immediate $5 off, then added code HERALD12 and took another $10 off.

      Still had to pay $9.99 postage though - seems to be no products on the site that are 'free shipping' products, so the '$10 off' basically is free delivery site wide.
