I clicked in wondering what the hell an equalizer strap was.
What is it?
Its a strap that divides the load of a snatch vehicle recovery strap between 2 points on your car. ie if you are bogged on the beach and someone is trying to pull you out with a snatch strap, instead of the full pulling force on one point of your vehicle only, the equaliser strap will tie onto 2 points and allow the load to be spread across 2 points reducing likelihood of anything breaking.
