I have been waiting until I received this item, and was able to test it, before I posted it as a bargain.

I ordered via the GetOne iOS App on the evening of October 19th - it was delivered on Monday November 16th.
So, about 4 weeks for delivery.

It is great. So small and light. Yet able to charge my iPhone 5s from 12% to 100% with some charge left over.
I haven't been able to test it with an iPhone 6 yet, but I think it should be able to also charge it to 100%.

It is also available from the same seller (for the same price delivered) in a Micro USB Port version. Which includes a short Micro USB to USB Cable, a carry pouch, and perhaps (according to reviews I read) also a suction pad.

However, it is the Lightning Port version which interested me. As it allows one to carry only one cable.

EDIT:
I almost forgot. An 18 month warranty from Aukey. Extended to 24 months when you register your product on the Aukey.com web site.

Second Edit:
I forgot to give prices from other places that will deliver to Australia.
Well, it is at least AU$24.24 from AliExpress.com - and up to three times the price delivered from eBay sellers.

  • Micro USB version much more convenient for same price, just need that extra little USB cable and you can use it for both android/apple. If you buy the Lightning version you're stuck with Apple-only products. Also you miss out on the carrying pouch too.

For you, that may be true. (See what I did there?)

I included the Micro-USB version in my post for the Android owners (and for those with other phones that use MicroUSB).

For me, who only has iPhones in the family, it is more convenient to have the Lightning port version.

Another pouch would just get in the way.

      • For you, that is great. But for convenience, eg. if you had an iPhone and an Android tablet (or any kind of mix) it would be a lot better. It's unfortunate the pouch gets in the way for you, but in comparison between the deals, it's a free bonus.

This product is not meant for use with tablets. The output is 1.5Amp. It is only rated at 3,600mAh So probably is only 'good' for say 2,500mAh to 2,800mAh

For mixed use with a phone and a tablet I would recommend (at a minimum) the Xiaomi 5000mAh Power Bank.

It can be purchased from this same seller for the same price as the Aukey - US$9.99 delivered (AU$14.63 via PayPal conversion).

If buying via the GetOne App (iOS or Android) be very careful. As this Xiaomi is listed twice, and the second listing has a US$3 delivery fee.

@A3Australia: You have a point, I forgot it was so low. Another major down side would be that you can't charge both your powerbank and phone over night with just one cable, therefore investing in another lightning cable just to charge this power bank. This was crucial when I went travelling and had to charge both over night. Micro USB edition won't be a problem.

The AUKEY products on the getone site are currently much cheaper than some of taobao sites where I bought the QC power pack (CNY168) and charger (CNY180) for my Note 4. AUKEY is one of the better quality Chinese brand name and one of a handful licensed for Quick Charge (QC) products.
EDIT: getone does not have any aukey QC power packs, only QC chargers.

Thanks for reminding me that I forgot to give some examples of what this sells for from other sites.

getone does not have any aukey QC power packs

I think I remember seeing one? It is just so difficult to find things with the App, and the search function never seems to work.

I saw posts that suggested that AUKEY were behind (or at least major investors in) the GetOne App (and now it seems the GetOne web site/store as well).

This gives AUKEY another direct sales channel. They have their own Amazon Store and also sell directly from their AUKEY web site. I think they may also be on AliExpress.

  • I ordered the micro usb version pb-n26 - took under 4 weeks to receive it 26/11 - 20/12. But there was no pouch, but it came with an AU mains adapter. There was no mention of a pouch in the manual - what is in the box or on Aukey website. I am happy with it though.

Just an observation on the getone web portal/app. You are actually dealing with different individual stores. Some stores like Aukey are very responsive, some like Xiaomi (which is a much bigger player than Aukey) are quite slack. I ordered a camera only to be told three weeks later, there is no stock. I am still waiting for a refund via the app. Might have to lodge a claim with Paypal to get my money back. So be aware, unlike Aliexpress there is no auto count down timers where your money is refunded if the seller does not deliver within the advertised delivery time. Getone used to be cheap, USD 9.99 for their items but not anymore.
