Looks like Browny needs to reach the monthly target

The CX-5 is one of the most fuel economical SUVs on the market.

Its actually a very well selling model too.

Mazda 3 are also finalists for many Car of the year awards.

Mazda are a good brand of car.

Nobody cares, and you drive a 8 year old over glorified Tiguan with reduced cargo space built in Eastern Europe. Keep patting yourself on the back though.

    • soccer mum

Ive seen those words somewhere …

    • +2

So is my Prado but a lot of "real" 4WD's still struggle to follow me half the time when I go off-road.

    • +1

I thought Toyota Kluger is the official soccer mums car, no?

  • So why people pay that much for a small CX3?

    • -2

      stupidity ;)

    • A base model is cheaper than a 3, but slightly more pricey than a 2.

      • Yeah the internal size of CX3 is like 2 … lol … no even like 3.

  • +1

Cars are a tricky one, it's quite difficult to attain whether the bargain/deal can be spread to others.
It's more often comes down to individual negotiations.
And so it's why I say no deal🙅.

  • Seems like a good deal to me personally..

  • +1

    suncreen on the paint yeah?

    • +1

      back and rear guard rails

      Isn't back = rear :)

  • +2

There is no CX5 Max, but there is a Maxx.
    Sorry about that Chief.

  • is there a 7 seater? we almost bought a cx9 but pulle dthe plug when we found out a new shape was being brought out

    • +1

cx9 fuel consumption is pretty horribletoo

      cx5 is a 5 seater

      • The new CX9 has just bee announced. Diesel like torque and fuel consumption, but without the diesel emissions like the Q3 above.

  • +1

    Petrol or diesel?
    4wd or fwd
Would be nice to include in title

  • I'm in the market for an SUV at the moment. According to the information I've been compiling in a spreadsheet neither the Maxx or maxx sport have an optional sunroof.
That information was taken from the website. Is this wrong?

Edit: I can't read, it says sunscreen not sunroof :(

    • The sunroof cannot be optioned separately. You must get the Grand Touring or Atenza trim. :(

    • Maybe you could get a demo GT or Atenza within your budget?

  • I'd pay $49 to AutoGenie and see what they can do for you…
    I saved thou$and$!

    • Can you still get better prices than AutoGenie prices with dealers?
How was your experience with AutoGenie?

      • +1

The price I ended up getting was a fleet price. I rang around to other dealers and they wouldn't get anywhere near it. Best $49 spent

  • Does "drive away sale" mean that Govy chargers are included. They are $4,000 for this vehicle ([email protected]) and could be a real deal breaker.

    • "Drive away" price usually includes on-road costs.

  • +1

    How much is it normally?

  • -1

If only it was a WRX STI or one of those cheap 370Z's

  • +1

what is suncreen? do you mean it comes with a tube of sunscreen

  • +2

    Thanks OP, bought 3!

    • +1

      Don't forget your cashrewards too!

  • -1

Not sure if that is an outstanding deal … the car RRP (drive away for WA is $30,547 ) … so you get $547 off and a few extras. I would say a normal price and not a great deal.

    • um thats for manual the one the one that i posted is auto.

      • Oops … sorry … didn't see this. I guess then it's an ok price.

(Hehe … I am from Germany and I am not really used to automatic. Costs more … uses more fuel (ok there are some cars which are very efficient) … and less driving fun.
