Yea there is only one Sydney City Store as far as I know.
It's at all Myer stores, as per their website: http://www.myer.com.au/shop/mystore/offers/christmas-shoppin… . it's their "Christmas Shopping Event", started online yesterday, continues online today (ends 11.59PM AEDT) and in-store 9am to 9pm tonight.

Just been to Chadstone, VIP sale on all day. Apparently there was a stuff up on Tuesday with their VIP day so HAVE similar discounts on today.

If you can hold off until tomorrow, then it would be better to buy the Lego from Big W as they have 20 % off all toys on the weekend. Lego should be slightly cheaper at Big W because Big W Lego prices are usually cheaper than Myer's (from what I have noticed).
Myer Sydney City got a much bigger range, and as I said, if you stocked up Myer gift cards, Big W is no match.
Could you post a link to the expired gift cards for 20% off! I want to make sure I know how to look at for it. That would have been an awesome deal.
