The white tigers and pubs are hungary and need some instant cash inflow.

  • Pretty new ozbargainer here. How do you click through cashrewards to scoopon? When I search cashrewards for scoopon on dreamworld I get zero results.

  • Hi Everyone.

Please note the Cashrewards cashback on this deal is not 6%. That offer ran for 4 days and expired today. The Scoopon cashback offers are now:

    • Existing Customers - Local & Shopping deals: 3.00%
    • New Customers - Local & Shopping deals: 6.00%
    • Existing Customers - Travel deals: 1.50%

    I have a 10months baby.
    Which is better deal??
    This one(dreamworld white~, sky point)
Or seaworld, movieworld, water park? I forgot the name
    Plz recommend it. Thank u!!

    • That deal is $10 more and only lasts until June next year.

      • Or $75 with Coupon from schools

        • Can you elaborate on these school coupons?

    • +1

Get a sitter for 10mo. They won't appreciate either but will stop you from going on rides. Would be different if they were a toddler

    • Personally I prefer Dream World. It is more varied than the other brand of parks and there are more rides that I enjoy going on. I don't think there is much for a 10 month old at either option though.

    • I recommend dreamworld,white waterworld,sky point over movie world.
For your situation, dreamworld has a small zoo which gives a peaceful environment to learn about animals.
Wiggles could come to the park for mini concert and all kids love it.
You can enjoy a shallow baby swimming area within white water world.
The skypoint is a nice place to visit from above 77 levels.
I have been purchased the annual pass for my daughter since 1 yrs old for 3 consecutive years. She still enjoy the dreamworld park. I just bought this today. Thanks gooddealmate.
I have been to Movie world and water park several years ago, but I think movie world is for bigger kids.

  • can some one tell me . are theselock to the person that brought them , can I pass them to a family member ( same last name ) for them to use on a different day ?

  • So, yes, similar to the above comment

The fine print says "Season pass is non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No refunds for lost or stolen tickets"

Do they print your name on the ticket when you collect it and check your ID when you enter those places?

    • Yea , I wonder if i have to buy my ticket , and my wife has to buy her own ….also if they have my last name on the ticket , can i let my brother use it

    • +5

On the first day you use the pass you have to go to the visitor centre and get your photo taken for your pass. So there is no sharing passes. Unless you have a twin.
At least that's how it worked 2 years ago.

      • Ah, now i know how it works. Thanks.

  • Great deal. Any family ticket offer?

  • Ignoring the $10 deal, what's the usual price for this on scoopon, anyone remember?

  • +1

    Price coming up as $79.99

    • +1

Use the code VISA10 on checkout, takes $10 off providing you haven't already used it.

  • Thanks OP. Was waiting for this for a while. Bought 5 as we are going there during upcoming holiday season. Saved $50!!!

    • Hi there
Did you buy the 5 tix by setting up 5 x scoopon accts and 5 x Visa checkout accts to match the emails used on the scoopon accounts? TIA

      • +1

Yes. Just added a suffix +1, +2, and so on to my gmail email. This way all the emails come to the same account.

        • Genius. Love it.

  • My 1st post!
I purchased ticket for my 3 yrs old boy by using my scoopon account and my credit card for obvious reason, the coupon prints my name as the purchaser, will my little boy be able to redeem it?

    • Limit of 10 Scoopons may be purchased for personal use; 9 Scoopons may be purchased as gifts. Scoopon valid for 1 pass for 1 person (child or adult)
Buy 10 Scoopons for yourself and another 9 to giveaway - pick some up for friends and family!

https://www.scoopon.com.au/promo/giftwrap?skipwall=1 < Explains how to gift it to someone else

      • You mean I should gifted it to my son at the time of purchase the coupon

  • You mean I should gifted it to my son at the time of purchase the coupon?

    • I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter that is in your name, cause once you take the ticket to the ticket box in dreamworld then they will issue you with a pass that will be set up in his name. It's after that point that you can't transfer the tickets to someone else. Can anyone back me up on this?

  • Visa checkout is the worst, tried with 3 different cards (Visa/Mastercard) and all comes up with an error

"The information you entered does not match the information on record"

I entered the correct details and billing address, what gives?

  • Hi there
To get the visa10 deal for each ticket, do you have to make individual multiple purchases? TIA

    • Yes, it only works once per account. Not too sure if it's still working though, may have expired yesterday.

    • +2

Also, the email in scoopon account and visa checkout account should be same. Atleast, that's how I got it to work.

Also,if you don't want to create multiple email accounts you can use [email protected] and so on for your Gmail account and it all goes to [email protected]

      • +1 for the gmail hack. But the scoopon and visa email do not need to be the same.

        • Not sure about that. It didn't work for me with different email addresses. But I used the same credit card and address for all the accounts.

  • I tested it this morning and it was working.
But I'm a little unclear on your reply.
Are you saying it works once per scoopon acct?
In other words, if I wanted to buy 4 passes, even if I process them on 4 individual purchases (completely separate), I can't use the code 4 times for each purchase?

    • You would need 4 individual accounts to purchase 4 tickets and apply the code to each one. You can still pay by the same card on Visa checkout though. (You don't need 4 different cards)

Otherwise by purchasing all 4 on one account, it would only discount the equivalent of $2.50 per ticket.

  • Ok gotchya! Many thanks for your help! Have a great day 😊

    • No worries, have a great time on the Goldie!

      • Yay! Perfect timing!

  • Me again… Has anyone actually tried setting up multiple accounts and doing it this way. Would there be any catches?

    • 5 scoopon accounts, one visa account and one cashrewards account. All worked without a hitch.

    • I just got two for myself, same visa account, just different scoopon id.

  • Thank you!!! I'm going to try it now

  • Hi all, I have a question whether anyone got charged $1.39 for using the visa checkout?

    • Looks like maybe I did, with no mention of it anywhere.

    • Well, I hope not. I've clearly signed off on $69.99. Unless it's a VISA checkout thing that you have agreed to on signup?

  • What the…?
This is a tracking receipt for your recent purchase through Cashrewards.

    Retailer: Scoopon
    Date of Sale: 23/11/2015
    Sale Value: AUD 72.72
    Expected Cashback: AUD 2.19

    • Strange? Have you checked to see what was taken from your card?

    • That's $79.99 - GST component. Have seen this before with other cashrewards receipts, where it didn't use the amount after voucher applied, but the full amount less the GST. Not sure as to why, though.

    • Got the exact same tracking receipt x 6. So much for getting 6% cashback for new accounts. Guess this meant cashrewards, not Scoopon accounts. :/

      • Mine was a brand new cash rewards account!

        • Hmm, maybe there just was no way to get 6% then? I've used existing everything else and 6 brand new scoopon accounts. Got receipt for 2.19 for each purchase.

        • @daerka:
Yeah? The top bit just says up to 6%
I have no idea what that's referring to, or what we've done wrong to miss out.
My credit card isn't even showing the transaction records yet.

      • I bought 3 tickets in 3 transactions.
        * For the first two I created a new scoopon account > logged into cashrewards > clicked through to scoopon > bought a dreamworld ticket. Cashback for these was $2.19
        * The third time I logged into cashrewards > clicked through to scoopon > created an new scoopon account > bought the last dreamworld ticket I needed. For this last transaction the cashback is $4.36.
So, yes you can get 6% but it seems like you have to create the scoopon account after clicking through from cashrewards. Not just use a newly created account (ie an existing account that has never made a purchase).

        • That must be it! Damn it!

        • Damn! That would have been easy enough to do had I known. I just like to log into sites first before clicking through cashrewards. That'll teach me!

  • One cashrewards account, one visa checkout account, one gmail account, and 6 newly created scoopon accounts for maximum profit. Seemed to work without a hitch. Good deal.

  • I created 6 new cash reward accounts and will get $3.76 cashback for each ticket (our family is going to Gold Coast in December, so needed 4 adult tickets and 3 kids tickets).

Thanks for this deal, worked out better than the buy 3 get 1 free on Dreamworlds site (since the adult tickets are $119 each).

All my tickets cost a total of $483 and waiting on the $26.32 cashback…
$65.24 per ticket, not bad :-)

    Thanks again for the post!

    • Actually, you should get $4.36 cashback for these, if you did go through cashrewards BEFORE creating your scoopon accounts that is.

      • The 6% discount is on the ex GST amount of $62.72… So only $3.76 cashback on each ticket unfortunately.

This is a tracking receipt for your recent purchase through Cashrewards.

        Retailer: Scoopon
        Date of Sale: 27/11/2015
        Sale Value: AUD 62.72
        Expected Cashback: AUD 3.76

        • That is so weird. I got my cashback on the ex GST FULL amount, i.e. $79.99 - GST, even though I only paid 69.99. Must've been buggy on my end.

  • Looks like this deal has expired / is sold out.. :(
