Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Top Ryde City shopping centre and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Promotion commences at 9am on Monday 30 November, 2015. Entries close at 6pm on Thursday 24 December, 2015. There is a maximum issue of 3,000 x $20 gift cards.
To enter you must spend $200.00 at Top Ryde City shopping centre* in any one day during the promotional period in fashion, accessories, beauty or homewares and present your receipt/s to our Information Centre located on LG1 on the same day before 6pm. * Purchases from supermarkets and fresh food stores are not eligible.
Purchases are only valid from the following stores:
Fashion
Accessories
Beauty
Homewares
Entrants are required to provide email, suburb and telephone contact details in return for a $20 Top Ryde City gift card.
Entry is open to customers over 15 years of age.
Purchases can be over multiple stores within the centre within fashion, accessories, beauty or homewares.
Purchases from the following stores are exempt from the promotion:
Woolworths, Aldi, New Yen Yen and Dan Murphy’s
Fresh Food retailers
Food Court, Cafes and Restaurants
Travel Agents
Medical Services
Santa Photography Sales
Layby purchases and Gift Card purchases are exempt from the promotion
There is a maximum of one $20 Top Ryde City gift card per person per day.
This offer is available while stocks last. The promotion is capped at 3,000 x $20 Top Ryde City gift cards.
The prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) which may be suffered by an entrant or any other person, or for personal injury suffered or sustained, arising from or in connection with entry into the competition.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the entrants’ names and addresses may be used by Top Ryde City shopping centre for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time.
By entering and participating in the Promotion each entrant is deemed to have agreed to and accepted all conditions of entry.
