We have a few hundred DSTT flashcards for Nintendo DS and DS Lite available at http://www.modstuff.com.au. DSTT is pretty highly regarded in the modding community for its affordable price. Great if you only need a basic flashcard. I'm pretty sure we have the cheapest DSTT cards around in Australia. But shop around. I'm happy to price match :)

Here's what we have on special (after discount coupon):
DSTT Flashcard for DS & DS Lite - $20.25 http://www.modstuff.com.au/toptoy-dstt-for-ds-lite
DSTT + 2gb MicroSD card + reader - $27.56 http://www.modstuff.com.au/dstt-multimedia-card-2gb-microsd
2gb MicroSd card + SD adapter - $9.90 http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/22282
USB MicroSD card Reader - $1.5 http://www.modstuff.com.au/microsd-card-reader.html

I've noticed Ozbargain is often critical of flashcard deal posted in the past. I'm sure a few of you might mention some HongKong Site such as dealextreme. Here are few reasons why you should buy Australian:
1. Much faster shipping and handling time. Most of the time, items are dispatched on the day we receive the payment. 99% of the orders can be delivered in less than a week. Melbourne delivery is overnight.
2. Local customer support.
3. Customer service in large online department stores are not trained to handle inquiries related to specific product. We specialise in flashcards and we know our products well.
4. Dealextreme is a great site (I get my Cree torches from them), but they have stopped selling flashcards since November 2009.

Meh, they're "wholesaled" at about 5 bucks.

  • Um DX no longer deals with any NDS cards… :(

  • Good call, didn't know dealextreme didn't have them anymore. It's not a bad price considering the faster shipping, but still I used to pay 12 bucks for these and sometimes getting a bargain means a bit of patience.

We've done a lot of research on this and our price is the cheapest in Australia. You might be able to get them cheaper from private sales, but you do get proper support & non-dropshipping seller. If something breaks, we will replace card promptly instead of blaming the manufacturer and get you to send it off to them.

  • O, I forgot to add, if you need DSTT card with a 2gb microSD, they are just $27.56: http://www.modstuff.com.au/dstt-multimedia-card-2gb-microsd

  • Planning on broadening your Mod items to things such as PSP, Xbox, Wii etc, or are you going to be dealing only with DS stuff? I like your cheap prices and I have been charged almost $40 for a pandora battery and $50 for a acekard before and would be interested in you guys in the future possibly.

    • Yes :)

  • Is it legal to sell flashcarts in here? Considering DX stopped due to DMCA complains from Nintendo..

Not sure why somebody down-voted you for a legitimate question…

The high court ruled back in 05 in a modchip case that they were indeed
legal… so the precedent has been set.

    • There is no shipping info on there, all links that should show shipping info and costs are no good. I would be wary of buying from them. Site seems like an almost direct rip of Amazon :\

      • That would be the little green truck icon and the words "Free Shipping" immediately below the price.

DX, FP, Kai etc all have free shipping.

You get what you pay for, but I order something almost weekly from them.

Try buying a small item - if it doesn't turn up, raise an issue with paypal.

      • As I have said earlier, there are a lot of reasons why you should buy locally. Speed is probably the most important one.

There's nothing wrong with DX, FP etc. But you have to wait. DX is fast, takes around 2-3 weeks. FP/Kai are completely random which can take 3-4 weeks for a simple iphone case to arrive. If you get a flashcard which is DOA, you might need to wait over a month or two from the time of order to receiving a working card. For us, it can be sorted in a few days.

        • I have to disagree here - DX can be just as slow as the others. :)

I think Australian law allows mods and flash carts etc, but not pirating. I believe selling them is fine, but I might be wrong

  • I ordered a MicroSd card off them on Monday. Received it today. Quite impressed.

  • Just placed an order for the "DSTT + 2gb MicroSD card + reader" combo. =o)

    • shipped :)

      • Received today, thanks.
