Don't bother trying folks - I ordered successfully yesterday for click&collect from Mentone store. The payment too went through but just got a call a few hours back advising that too many customers purchased & collected from in-store. They can't honour my order & will refund the purchase cost!

They should have better control of their inventory stock to prevent selling beyond their stock.
