Thanks to Neal @ Banggood, this is a coupon for the newly release Xiaomi Hybrid IEMs which are the latest in the well received line of IEMs from Xiaomi. These IEMs use two drivers which allow for stronger bass and more "V" shaped sound closer to the popular Piston 2s.

From a quick look, price is the cheapest I've seen outside of some "limited 10 pieces only sales".
