  My understanding is that, by & large, these type of pans aren't what they're cracked up to be. This particular model is reviewed here (third comment from the top) - also some of the others make for comic relief!

    I have a set - shallow, deep and saucepan, and think they are great. Wipe clean with a paper towel and done. A few things to note:
    You can cook oil free, but doesn't mean you should (flavour is important too!).
    It will discolour - this is normal.
    Despite the product description, it shouldn't be used at high temperatures.
    That picture makes me cringe - keep metal utensils away from it.
    Someone mentioned to me how they had a bad experience with one, but turns out they put it in the dishwasher. Don't do that.

    This is a good price.

  Judging by the description, their target market is the gullible who know nothing about cooking, and are scared of four-letter acronyms.
  Deep frying with no oil??

  Thanks OP, just ordered one and picked up this morning. Just wanted to let you know that it's actually 24cm, not 28cm. There is a 28cm one and that one retails for $69.95. I did ask but they don't have the 28cm one at Masters Oakleigh anyway so I just settled with the 24cm.
