No big deal really. $229 delivered at Apple's site. HN beat it for me and I paid $225 in store.

    • ^^This

For an extra $5.95 it's shipped locally, or pick up in-store at an Apple store

Still an overpriced rolling ball toy that you'll probably end up playing a handful of times before it sits on the top shelf collecting dust…

Sadly I agree with you. The kids haven't played much with past robots that I've brought them, so I'll be resisting buying this one.

      • I agree but it's the season for buying expensive crap for kids so watchagonnado?

      • Me and the wife are in the same boat as you. The kids have even said "I'll use some of my Christmas money towards buying it". Meanwhile the mini quad copters, Xbox360, other tech items etc just sit there in drawers. Funny thing is the Lego (standard and technic) keeps getting brought out to be played with all year and so do the soccer balls and the backyard cricket set.

Lego FTW! Hoping the half-price friends lego from OO turns up today :-).

    • My son got this for his bday. He played with it for about an hour. Now collects dust

  • I'm not getting involved with any of this star wars shit until I've seen the movie. For all we know ant of these characters could be the next jar jar binks.

    • Thx for letting us all know.
