Spoke to customer service rep. Said that it comes with all other features as stated on BOQ website.
Rewards system is the banks own 'Q rewards' system. Cannot tell you much about that other than watch the video on their site.

Is this credit card actually worth having?

Def not I say. Probably only good to get if ur looking for a balance transfer. Otherwise shoo

Two years ago, this would've been a deal. Now, people want free points and flights with their free (on the first year) credit card

    • +2

What? A credit card offer with no frequent flyer points?

    • +2

Where are the incentives to get apply for this? No points, no flights, no cash reward. First annual fee waived - I'm underwhelmed.

This card doesn't provide fee free overseas transactions like 28D or Citibank.

"$0 annual fee for the first year"

Rack off BOQ this is a trick to get me to pay annual fee after the first 12 months… stuff that what a ripoff.

      Pathetic

    • I wonder if BOQ credit card still being outsourced to Citibank ? It was really annoying when any problems with the credit card could not be solved by the BOQ people / branches / the manager, instead you got to solve it with some strangers overaseas over the phone. No more BOQ In my case . Citibank credit card ( BOQ ) was also not competitive in anyway you look at it .
