    Weird. This is the Intel Compute Stick 32GB right? Why don't they just say so? And if it isn't, it's not much of a deal considering you can get the compute stick from Megabuy for $177 (http://www.megabuy.com.au/intel-compute-stick-win-81-bing-in…)

      It's not the official Intel Compute and it's the dual band version.

      I have an Intel Compute stick on my desk right now and the usb stick in the picture is 100% not an Intel Stick, even though it seems to have the same specs. The product page also lists the brand as "Leader", so make of that what you will. Definitely not a deal.

    these things are a piece of shit, stay away from these. I have had 2 die on me. not worth the money, if you are after a NUC or small PC build one up.

      They have their uses in a corporate environment but for home use they are crap unless you get a USB hub with Ethernet on it.

        i used two in a corp environment to display stats through chrome. They run ridiculously hot as well. The fan stopped working on the second one and would not boot.

    I use the compute stick to run Foxtel go and works pretty well. Not sure what else it could handle through.

    i had mine running Torrents 24/7, it was also running Kodi, netflix etc.. They about as powerful as your average smartphone, so they can run most things.. Had no issues with it running hot or anything. I do have the proper intel one not the cheap knock off one.

    Other models (as referred to by derrynj) come with Windows 8.1 or are only the standard model without DUAL BAND.( Eg. the link provided by Spathy is to the standard.)
