SanDisk Ultra SD 80MB/s 32GB $16.50 & 64GB $33.00 Delivered @ PC Byte

1560

You asked for SD cards, and here's arguably the best value-for-money cards around. SanDisk has released a new range of Ultra cards that are twice as fast as the previous Ultra models. With a rated maximum transfer speed of 80MB/s, these should handle a lot of demanding applications. Again, these are the cheapest prices anywhere. Limited to one of each per customer, and will be dispatched immediately from PC Byte's Sydney warehouse. They come in full retail packaging. Coupon not required. Enjoy :)

Many thanks to Thrift for running this test on the 64GB microSD version of the new Ultra. Awesome results!

    • Yes, just need to pay $4.95 extra. Still a good price though

      • Plus delivery :)

  • Damn it. I tried ordering one of these last week, but it said the coupon was invalid. I went to sleep and forgot to try again. Ah well.

TA, I hope we can get another SDHC (Not microSD) deal again.

    • I went to sleep and forgot to try again.

So this was really a case of "you snooze, you lose!" :)

  • Ta, any chance of another deal on extreme pro SD (not micro) please?

  • Can anyone confirm whether these are genuine or fakes? Just bought a couple, but not entirely convinced.

    • TA is the GOD of Ozbargain…
      100% legit!

    • I've never had a fake sold by PcByte and the level of service has always been very good and based on the number of deals and interactions pcbyte has had with the ozbargain community, they have a solid reliable reputation.

My card arrived today and I'm very pleased with the performance on both reading and writing.

  • +1

aw please do this again! ^_^

  • damn, mine is not working, now i have to send back and wait for them to receive and then they will send a new one .. hopefully in a bit better packaging than an envelope like last time

    • Mine is DOA also. Packaging was appalling (just in an envelope in the retail package with no padding), surprised any made it through the post alive.

      • All my cards from PC Byte have made it just fine in the envelope.

        • +1

Then I guess the % of reported DOA is worth the savings on posting costs. My cost savings will now be eaten entirely in my time dealing with returning a piece of plastic.

  • It would be great to get a repeat of this deal for all the devices everyone got for Christmas!

I went to order but saw that they were away until the 4th so thought I would hold off until today, but then thought what if a deal is just around the corner, I have already waited this long.
