Costco updated the Hozelock hose reel from previous stock of 20 M and have 40 M hose reel (Model no -2494) for $99.99. The product has good reviews in the past deals.
Cheapest on eBay was $189.99 + Delivery.
Costco requires $60 annual refundable membership.

Doubt you can get auto retract ones for garden hoses.
There are the ones for compressed air hoses but i think the water would damage the internal parts.
