        Actually, at koorong you will find all sorts of Christian books from many sides of many denominations. If they all turned up at the same time, there would probably be fights…

      • "Most ozbargainers are left wing liberals." Thought before I neged you I see if you actually based this on anything factual or just made it up as I suspect.

        What's a 'left wing Liberal'? Turnbull?

        • I think they're using the American conventional definition of "liberal".

    No comments because people don't want to piss of Jesus or his mates.

    I read some of the old testament the other day makes Tarantino films look PG

      I like the parts where God kills a whole bunch of people…

      • How about just Do unto others, Mr McDuck?

        • -1

          Sure that's a good concept, but shouldn't you read the whole thing?

          I could pick and choose some good concepts from Mein Kampf too.

    • By read you must mean a few quotes, if you actually read enough of a chunk to discover multiple juicy bit's then you would realise that they are actually far too few and far between to make Tarantino PG.

        • You do realise that is spans 1000's of years and by the way can I have that 5 mins if my life back :)

          @tryagain:

          You do realise that is spans 1000's of years

          Yes I do. But what's your point exactly?

          Killing millions of people over 1000s of years is OK?

        • @Scrooge McDuck:
          No, my point still is take the instances of killing that would make a Tarantino movie look PG (would have to be extreme violence) they are few and far between if they exist at all, and this is over 1000's of years Tarantino movies pack several instances of extreme violence into a short time frame, My point hasn't changed, what tangent are you trying to run off on?

        • -1

          @tryagain:

          if they exist at all,

          You mean you don't know? Haven't you read the Bible?

          Assuming that you're a Christian:

          Isn't a working knowledge and familiarity with the Bible kinda important; given that it's the divine word of your god, the basis of your religion, the doctrine on how to live your life in order to avoid eternal suffering and all?

        • @Scrooge McDuck: off you go on your tangent again, acts violent enough to make a Tarantino film look PG is standard we are discussing, I dont think there really are any but its probably a bit subjective so list yours up for me, Appealing to body count doesn't work, the movie with the highest body-count is only rated M in comparrison to Tarantinos R18+. So they need to be truefully woefull to make a Tarantio R18+ film look PG in comparrison but give me your best.
