      We are able to provide you with last-minute prices in the app that are on average 20-30% cheaper than booking online, feel free to compare. So therefore our Christmas countdown sale, is on top of these already discounted prices, rather than off the regular price (which is what you are referring to with the other websites)

      While our website allows you to download the app and gives you basic information, we are a mobile app company rather than an online booking website. Our app is available in both iOS and Android.

      • I've tried booking before - each time I tried, it said the hotel / room wasn't available… (but if you start a new search, it's still available). Feels a lot like bait/switch. I've given up, really… too hard.

          Thanks for your message, sorry to hear about your issues with the app.

          I can confirm that we previously had a small bug in the app that some customers experienced, that is similar to what you experienced. However our IT and development team are always updating and improving the app and this has since been fixed.

          It is definitely not a bait and switch, it was due to peak booking periods and days where the hotel room was sold while you were looking in the app, and the bug did not update the search fast enough.

          We also have a live chat ability to speak with our customer service, if you experience any specific issues again, and they will definitely make sure you can book the right hotel.
