I thought the $20 off $30 was expired now ?

    • Yep it expired on the 13th December.

      • nvm

    • This is $20 off $100.

      • If member of Club Catch to get the free delivery- How do you get the extra $10 to add to Visa Checkout discount?

  • +1

Additional discount to clear out remaining stock so it seems. Just got my pair from when it was effectively reduced to $80. Considering my size is now out of stock, I guess it wasn't likely that I'd get these for $70.

Good shoes for anyone with wide feet who's on the fence.

    • How true to stated sizes are they?

      • I'm not sure what you mean?

The sizes are in US so if you order a US size 10, you get a US size 10 (unless they botch up and give you a pair that's not the size you ordered). This is legit Asics stock.

Ok thanks .. just wanted to know that they are 'true' to the US sizing standard

        • There is a size chart with metric size for comparison. It's probably one size smaller than normal US size, at least for bigger feet. i.e. US size 14 is 31cm, which is normally the size for US 13.

@thunderz: I didn't find much of a difference between my Asics GT2000 size 10.5s and these Kayano's in size 10.5. There's the usual tightness that comes with a new pair of shoes for me (I always need to loosen up the laces a bit as they lace them too tight) but the Kayano's fit like my GT2000s more or less.

Dunno if Asics make their shoes a little smaller than the normal US sizes for all their shoes but when compared to the Asics GT2000 of the same size, it's about the same.

        • @Mugsy:
As a long time asics wearer Im also confirming what mugsy said.

      Got one! :-)

  • just wonder how many members they have in this club, 100,000?

  • +3

30 off 100 no where near as good as the 20 off 30 :P

    • +2

Depends how much you are spending.

    • +1

Agree. This one doesn't interest me. It is useful only if you are planning to buy an item which costs $100 or more. Hope they bring back the $20 off $30

  • they were meant to credit us 20 dollars for joining catch club but it appears they didnt credit anyone that didnt auto renew the free trial

    • You sure something didn't go wrong with your sign up to Club Catch?

I got the $20 credit with my purchase on the previous deal so I only paid $80. And I only used the free trial of club catch and turned off auto renew immediately. Also made a purchase of the Victorinox knife with the 64Gb Lexar MicroSD with USB adapter two days later and got $20 off that too.

      • there was a promotion where if you signed up to club catch they gave you 20 dollars COTD money too

Drederick Tatum: I've been paid millions to endorse these butt-ugly shoes. My forthrightness is my undoing.

bought this the last time it was posted.

seems legit and same as my previous Australian purchased ones.

dont miss the fact that these are 2E

    • Good spot. Thanks!

    • 2E , thats the best bit

i just got a pair a few days ago for $70 now i got another pair for my boy using my referrel credit for $60

  • Is the $30 off $100+ Spend Club Catch only? Or does this replace the $20 off $30+ Spend

  • How do you get the $30 discount after you buy?

    • cancel and buy.

    • +1

As per the title - Visa Checkout.

  • $70 cool

  • thanks op. some decent deals on childrens books

  • Bought one as I wear wide shoes. Thanks Op

  • -$10 club catch free shipping
    -$20 visa checkout
    -$5 app discount
    -$10 code catch11m
    :D
    Happy cotd shopper, happy ozbargainer

I paid extra $19.95 for cumulus rather than kayano. Kayanos are amazing but i am out of shape atm and quite a bit heavier than usual and after reading up am hoping these might make getting into shape a bit more comfortable for a more traditionally-weighted lady

    • [-$10 code catch11m]

Is that a new signup/referral $10 code COTD placed in your account?

      • +1

No i had that as well.
This was a code that worked

Why do modern running shoes look like rainbow vomit?

  • i had $20 store credit, what a surprise. to whoever used my referral code, THANK YOU! XOXO :)
ps: it really pays off if you do good deeds; trust me. i gave few $ to someone (NOT a beggar) this afternoon, voila i got free $20 now

  • Wish I got referrals have no idea how to get with already having an account

  • +1

Limited sizes available - note these are 2E i.e. wide

  • $5 more off for using the app. $65!

  • Good shoe and all, pity about the ugly look/colour combo. Is there a way to paint over the ugly fluoro or something?

    • A Sharpie will cover over the flouro green bits on the black 2e width Kayanos. Looks much better. I bought the sharpie at Bunnings. The blacked out bits look oem.

      • Noice

        • Looks less like an Irish flag and more like Onitsuka Tigers in a tiger colour theme… 😉

        • @bizi: It's Sharpie time. Pity can't do much about the sole.

  • Oh man, feel like I got ripped off now :O

  • My club catch free trial expires on Jan 8th. Will I be able to use it till the intended expiry date if I untick the auto renewal box now?

    • yes, you can.

  • I don't love the colour, but awesome buy for $70 (after signing up for 7 days COTD trial membership and creating a Visa Checkout thing). Thanks OP!!!

  • Can you use this more than once?
