Geez that's expensive. Even if they are the prices for iPad Mini 4, I would still have to consider hard before paying those prices.
I posted this deal earlier but it to quickly went out of stock online which seemed odd, Seeing a pattern last few days when a good deal is posted from ds website on ozbargain soon after it goes out of stock (camelbak, Hemingway cable, iPad mini 3), but it's still available in store, looks like ds marketing are watching ozbargain closely & purposely making stock unavailable online shortly after a post is made, either there trying to drive traffic in store or there sick of the abuse there coping on ozbargain lol
They need all the abuse they can get :)

Well don't give them your money, rather use them as a jumping pad to cheaper deals when possible. I price matched my ipad pro at OW and saved an extra $50. Simples!
Yeah I've noticed this trend in the last 6 months or so. Whenever a 'real' deal is posted for ds they take it down within an hour or so. They are definitely monitoring this site.
saw one ipad mini 1st gen wifi + cellular in perth cbd. asking for 297 something. asked two staffs to scan the price and they insist that's the actual price without further scanning. any of you if interested can go there try your luck (read here somebody bought for 98 something)
I can confirm that too, when to Macquarie shopping center (Macquarie park NSW) and chick at counter was doing same thing, just before closing tonight, sorry did not took any photos. Other here they had way more variety, they had wi-fi and also the ones with SIM card too. Have a look tomorrow morning. Someone will be very happy if get up early in the morning. :) oh and obviously I'm talking about Dick Smith
might just be staff baiting people, they take the offer away before they open door next day …….. they just like to tease oz bargainers :-)
And they want you to queue up to the counter just to make them looks really busy to other people. Most people are queuing up just to check price.
An HDMI cable in a bargain bin with price from $5 ends up scanning $25 in the counter….
and a 0.3m usb lighting cable on the shelf saying from $1 ends up $20 at the counter. Complete waste of time. Will never put a step in DS store again.
