Just wish they would say what pavers are included in the offer. I got pavers from these guys 4 years ago for $2000 all up. I wish they would have run the promotion then but massive savings. And quality stuff. None of my pavers has cracked as of yet.

  • Compared to other places, Ambers isn't cheap even with 25% off.

  • Hmm. We shopped around and Amber actually had quite a good price. Well. That was when they had 20% discount last weekend, and we've paid for the floor + wall tiles renovation for 2 bathrooms + kitchen (hefty delivery cost as well).

And now they have this. ARGHHHH!!!

Edit: Looks like it's just paver + retaining wall, which we might still need. +1.

  • i won't vote negative on this, but I went and checked this out at the Five Dock Store today and was not impressed. Some things to consider:

-Boral made up about 5/6 types of pavers TOTAL out of the whole display. Of those, the cheaper ones (ie the ones that weren't castings) were essentially the same with different colours.

-Prices were unimpressive. The salesman himself said there was basically nothing different in quality between all of the concrete pavers, it was just a question of taste…

-in case you were wondering, with the discount, the cheapest paver was around $40 per square metre. Even with the discount it was not even close to the cheapest paver they had on display (which was around $25) and I'm given Amber is a major brand store, their prices must be slightly higher than rock bottom at best
