*These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Gift Card ("Gift Card") promotional offer ("Promotion") which runs from 9:01am (AEST) on 16 January 2016 to 5:00pm (AEST) on 17 January 2016 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion is only open to Australian residents who reside in Australia and Purchase a Participating Product(s) to the value of $200 or more from Bing Lee Electrics Pty Limited ("Bing Lee") during the Promotion Period. The Gift Card: (a) is issued by Bing Lee for an amount ("Gift Card Value") equal to 10% of the Purchase Price of a Participating Product; (b) may not be used for the transaction pursuant to which the Gift Card is issued; (c) may only be used once in one transaction for any amount up to the Gift Card Value - if only part of the Gift Card Value is used, the balance of the Gift Card Value cannot be redeemed; and (d) will not be replaced if it is lost or not redeemed before expiry. "Participating Product" means all product(s) purchased to the value of $200 or more. "Purchase" means the purchase of a new Participating Product(s) from Bing Lee in the Promotion Period with a minimum deposit of 20% of the Purchase Price and payment of the balance in full by 5:00pm (AEST) on 17 January 2016 but does not include: (a) backorders or pre-orders made before the Promotion Period; (b) commercial orders involving more than three (3) Participating Products; or (c) eBay orders. "Purchase Price" is the consideration paid in Australian dollars for the Purchase of a Participating Product including applicable GST but excluding delivery charges. Excludes Asko and Miele.
