    I tried with my SE account (Sydney address) and also tried with my Steam account, I pressed the "Submit Order" button and it just won't work/load. Can anyone tell me how they managed to buy it? UK or US Address?

    I got the code and I am using Melbourne address. Just create a Square Enix account and it will give the steam code after completing the purchase. I don't know about using Steam or Facebook login.

      I already have Square Enix account for a long time, the only reason why it won't work because I was using adblock.
