I cancelled and refreshed the payment page twice after waiting for it to process my card. I did this before reading some comments saying they had waited an hour! which i almost did when i first went to buy. hopefully i dont get charged three times! no money was taken out and i got no emails.

seems to be ok. i made another order last night around 12:30am after cancelling the other orders yesterday afternoon. I had no dramas and got the bank and email confirmation.
Checkout took about 80 minutes for me after putting in my credit card info… But it went through eventually!

If you are looking for a supplement to assist in weight loss, I'd recommend fat burners. Oxy Elite is a decent one.

Mate.. if you want to loose weight go for a run or do any low intensity exercise for as long as you can (> 30 min minimum)at least 4 times per week… and eat healthy off course (at least 5 times per day.. or every 2 hours to increase your metabolism.
Then you can have some proteins to supplement your diet… but having proteins to loose weight ?? Its not going happen..
I recommend unflavored proteins or organic proteins (the normal ones which taste like "banana, chocolate, vanilla or whatever.. have a lot of sugar) = very bad for you.

I have done this before for almost 2 months and lost 15kg but then life got in the way and I stopped. You weren't too far off the mark when you called it weight loss protein. Protein is important when losing weight to minimise muscle loss.
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard is a good protein for this because it's pretty low in calories relative to the amount of protein, and the flavours are pretty palatable.
Check the nutritional info of any you are looking at. Most Gold Standard proteins have around 120 calories per serve, where as something like BSN's Syntha 6 which is argued to be one of the nicest tasting proteins, has 200 calories per serve.

Tuesday morning. Probably my fault for asking and doubting them about the weight of my item because she asked me if i wanted to cancel my order and pretty much wanted a response straight away. Told her I'll check with hubby since i placed the order for him and i assume if i didn't mention cancelling (and they already charged me for my items) it would mean i still want them. Next day, i msg them saying i did want them just in case and asked when it will dispatch.. no response all day.. and then day after which is today i get that email.. :(

Yep I ordered Monday evening and still haven't received a dispatch notice. When I log into the site its still sitting there and listed as a new order with no dispatch information. CC was charged on the Monday I ordered.
I placed a second order, on friday just on their GNC products and that order doesnt even come up on my account even though i have an email notification of the order and my credit card has been charged for both orders i placed
I have emailed them again, i cant even check my account as i didnt create one at checkout as it was taking 10 minutes to load a page and the order iteself took over an hour to process. Heres hoping for a proper response

I don't think its a scam, they probably have a small number of staff doing the dispatch of orders especially as the company is under administration/receivership. Hence big delays given the volume of orders they probably got.

yeah I got an email back from them saying they are still doing orders from the 18th. My friend ordered C4 the day after the deal was posted and he got his order already. I ordered a few different things so I figure they must be just trying to centralise it all before posting. The email indicated my order should be processed by end of this week.. Good thing I still have about a weeks left of c4 and a month of O.N.
I called them again today after being told that it would be sent out by last Friday. They told me that they were hit with thousands of orders during the sale and are struggling to get through them all. Still pretty bad to not have sent out an e-mail or something saying that there are delays, rather than just a post on their website saying that there may be a delay.

I made a third order the following morning on the 19th for a 4.5kg bag of Syntha-6. I still haven't received any emails about the first 2 orders being dispatched or refunded, but on the 27th my 4.5kg bag was dispatched and I received it today. Interesting that my last order was the first to be received, but makes me feel like the first two orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Update: Today they shipped out my 2.27kg Syntha-6. Still waiting to see what happens with the first order I placed.
It's definitely not a scam Dick-Smith giftcard style, they're probably just inundated with orders at the moment (and short on staff with the long weekend). I received my ON mass gainers on Thursday, a day after I got a "Status Changed Notification" letting me know it had shipped on Wednesday.
So probs just give it time, I definitely can't complain given how incredibly good value it was. It was also kind of cute how they scrawled my name on the side with a smiley face (but irrelevant I know, sorry).Two orders. One still not received. The other was refunded.
