Woolworths Rewards Account - Finding Fuel Voucher Expiry

Hi All,

With the old Everyday Rewards program from Woolworths, I used to be able to login to the account and find out the fuel voucher details:
- how many collected
- when each one expires
- how many cents savings on each

With the new Woolworths Rewards account, the only thing I can see is the number of current fuel discounts.
There is no info about expiry dates, cents savings etc.

Am I correct, or have I just not looked in the right place?

Needless to say, I much prefer the old Everyday Rewards account information.

So my question: A fuel voucher usually expires approx 1 month after the shopping which earns it. Is there an exact formula?

E.g. is it 4 weeks to the day? Hence if I earn the voucher today Mon 18 Jan, will the expiry be Mon 15 Feb (4 weeks from now).

From memory, I am pretty sure it does not extend to the same day of next month - e.g. 18 Jan to 18 Feb.

Thanks for your input.

Edit: Thanks to Greenpossum : This info is under My Offers, then click on Fuel Discounts.
Also, the fuel voucher earned today Mon 18 Jan expires on Tue 16 Feb

Yeah this information doesn't seem to be displayed any more. However you can check when you earned the voucher by looking at My Account > My Activity and look for the dates you spent >= $30. The vouchers will expire 4 weeks from those dates.

Aren't they all 4c now? You only get 8c for spending more in the servo.

Maybe you can provide some feedback to Woolies, assuming they are not distracted trying to offload Masters.

    • Thanks for the info. OK, so just confirming, my example above is correct? That is, if I earned it today Mon 18 Jan, then the expiry of the voucher will be Mon 15 Feb (4 weeks from now)?

Currently the fuel vouchers are all 4c. But I can imagine a scenario like before, when there are promotions for higher fuel discounts. In that case, there is no detailed info provided within the account.

Wait, I found it. I remembered I did once. It's under My Offers, then click on Fuel Discounts.

        • Oh yes, indeed! :-)

Thank you. Glad there is info after all …

I think the Coolies agreement with the ACCC was that the supermarket discount vouchers would be capped at 4c.

        • Yes, you are right, I now remember reading something about this.

remember to buy 3 milks and get an extra 4c off…my 180 litre tank… equals free milk

    • Yes, I sometimes do this :-) Wish there were more stuff (necessities with the same prices as inside woolworths) to choose from rather than just milk and bread.
