When will AMEX offer cashbacks on ClubX??
Just seeking a bit of help. I have used Amex connect with different bank issued AmEx cards. I recently openend an AmEx issued card with the same online account. All my bank issued cards have dissapeared and when I click 'enrol' I'm taken to AmEx online banking site for my AmEx card. The option to 'add card' doesnt seem to be anywhere. Am i missing something. Do i have to open a seperate account to use bank issued cards now?? Thanks in advance
Try the direct links to add the offer to any Amex card.
This happened to me too and it took six weeks for AmEx to fix it, in which time no links/adding worked. In my case I had to create a second Connect account and re-add my bank-issued cards, but only after AmEx had deregistered the cards from the old account.
In the meantime, you can always message AmEx and say you want offer XYZ added to your card.
This happened to me too. Had to contact Amex and ask them to remove my bank issued card from their database. After the removal, you need to register for a new Amex Connect account for your bank issued card with a different user name.
The store locator for Emma & Rose is showing me all Micheal Hill stores. I wonder if the 15$ back will work if buying from Micheal Hill stores. Anyone tried this before?
