Where can I buy an optical digital audio cable?

My kitten chewed through the optical digital audio cable for my soundbar :/

    I'd recommend eBay as well, I bought a braided one there. It was slightly more expensive than normal ones on eBay, but I think it looks nice and it looks sturdy as well.

    Yes they may also be referred to as a a Toslink or SPDIF cable. DSE occasionally puts their online price down to $3.50 with click and collect.

    I think these only support 2.1 sound systems. My two rear speakers in my 5.1 system don't work when I connect them to a TV via SPDIF

      They can support multi-channel audio, just not lossless audio like Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD Master Audio.
