I am kind of sussed by their delivery.

I have ordered from them before fine.

But they today marked it as posted on the 15th March, but when I stick the code into eParcel it says:
Manifest received 19th March.

  Thanks for the feedack , i took a good look at the few people that noticed this same error , where the Bpay date , or the ship date was actually ( the same as the order date )
  if you have a good look , and i went and investigated this in detail , it looked like the e parcel bugged out at certain times when the order status changed to shipped , it recorded the ship date as the order date . Its nothing to worry about , yes i know its damm ridiculous for a system like this to fail , the matter has been fixed , we do appologise and let me make one guarantee , if it says shipped that means its done now .
  This error will never occur again ,
  the influx of such huge orders really put the system to the test .
  Once again i appologise for any inconveniance caused .

To say shipping by BPay is only causing the error, im calling a lie as order No. 13583 which is my order, payed for by Paypal, funded by Credit Card has a shipping date of Monday 15th, but AusPost tracking said it was only received from you Today Friday 19th.

Thankyou BC - received mine today!

They sound very good, seals outside noise - great on the train. Only little thing annoying me is the cable is not very flexible. When i move around and the cable rubs on something, noise travels through to the earpiece. Not sure if others find that as well.

Something funky is going on.

I paid by Paypal, My order number is 1370X, the order status said it was shipped on the 15th, and yet when I enter my consignment number… it says "No Records Match the Search Criteria"

I can't be the only guy with this problem, can I?… Can someone give me a heads up on whats going on?

  Mine were apparently shipped on the 15th along with a lot of others, but just like yourself my search on eparcel reveals “No records match the Search Criteria”.
  Have a pretty good suspicion they were not shipped on the 15th, otherwise the tracking would have displayed at least a 'cargo received at depot' status by now (not to mention the fact I'm not in WA so it shouldn't take 5 days in post.
  Oh well, here's hoping they arrive before mid-week sometime.

      The tracking number is pretty high so that is why I believe the shipping date has been mis-reported.

        Just an observation. My Logitech instrument pack order number is 14526. Based on BC's comments that 4000 pairs of 220s were sold last week, does that mean that a third of all their business to date has all been in the past week??

    It's true that it took a while for them to ship out all the 220s last week. Evident by some comments made by BC hidden in the sea of comments on the other Logitechshop deals. They simply weren't prepared for it to be so popular.
    
    My order no is FMK0013759 and it arrived as I was typing this comment (Yay!!) It only showed up on the Auspost system on Friday.
    
    I notice another user in your exact situation (order no FMK0013989) has yet to show up on tracking as well. Give it some time. I suspect you will see it tracked to Regents Park around lunchtime today.

    Okay….I've been on the auspost tracking site every single day entering my tracking number on an hourly basis. It still gives me "No records match the Search Criteria".
    
    Logitechshop said it was shipped on the 15th but I am thinking that this is not true. Its been over a week since I've ordered it, I'm in Melb and my order number is 1370x.
    
    Could they be delaying me with a false tracking number because they ran out of headphones and are waiting for the new stock to send out?

      Refer to my comment above. Are these the 220 earphones we are talking about? Hmm… 13704 is not showing up. I'd get in touch with Logitechshop in your case (if that indeed is your tracking no. The rest of them between 13700 to 13709 are already being tracked).

        @Livert: Please also note , 2 databases run inventory , We actually get an extension after order numbers distinguishing the orders , which is also a prefix of your paypal id , or bpay payment ,
        So to summarize , orders are not necessarily , consecutive , but i agree with livert , please if you have a concern regarding your order please do not hesitate to email us .

Here is the solution.

If there are anyone else out there with "No records match the Search Criteria", Logictechshop could have made a typo in the tax invoice. They sent me a tracking number of MK0013xxx. Try typing an "F" in front of the tracking number…. That is, FMK0013xxx

Lets hope this helps the rest of you.

I immediately received the PayPal email saying my funds had been transferred but never heard a thing from bestbuytek (so I have no tracking number) and yes I've checked my spam trap.

Got some free time now so I might attempt to review the earphones. I have been using the MetroFi 100 for a couple of months (I think they were 25 bucks at Dick Smiths) but like many of you, could not pass up on this offer. I will mostly be comparing it with my new 220s.

Construction of the 220 is good. The earpieces have a nice dark chrome look with the right earpiece having a slightly dark red tinge making it easy to distinguish R and L sides. Definitely an upgrade to the MetroFi 100 (with those tiny R and L letters). The cord is rubber, like most regular earphones. Fairly solid but I would have preferred it to have a fabric sheath like the MetroFi 100. L and R sides of the cord have equal length.

Onto the sound. Sound isolation is great and is equal for both models due to the fact that the silicone rubber pieces for both models are exactly the same. Comparing both, the 100 has a slightly more defined high end making it sound a lot brighter. Prolonged use of the 100, especially at high volumes can be tiring because of this. The 220 sounds a slightly more balanced with the mids and lows having superior clarity and detail. Bass is tight and not overpowering. Probably not the best earphones for bass-lovers. Surprisingly, the highs of the 220 is not as crisp as the 100. Impedance of the 220 is also slightly higher but not an issue.

All in all, very happy with the purchase and definitely a bargain.

        At this stage, what you're getting is build quality and marginally better sound. Unless you can get the MetroFi 100 for 10 bucks or under, the 220 is definitely the way to go.

  I reckon you'll get it tomorrow. Check early in the morning (like, 2am) to see if it says it's arrived at a closer distribution center. It will then say on board with a driver around 8am usually, and then you should get it that day.
  
  Of course, they're the usual times - a lot of things could alter them.
