Glued down is much harder to repair if damaged. Floating you can just remove (and replace).
This is not a discount - it is a sales tactic.
What if I decide in 7 business days instead of a week?
What if my 7 days falls on a Sunday or public holiday? Who can I call to exercise my 10%
This is not a deal. There is no mention whether the product is cold or hot press and around $120m2 installed is too expensive. Anything around $70 dollars is a good deal.
I know because my fathers company supplies bamboo and this is too expensive.
Please note my opinion is unbiased. I have three years in the flooring industry of experience.
Also you need to be aware if the product has a licensed click system.

Not sure what the 'deal' is here - plenty of other places offer bamboo flooring for less than $54m/2. Also, it seems that these bamboo floor boards are not floating (click lock type) and are glued down (according to all the references on their website anyway).
