Dyson V6 Absolute ~ $659 @ Appliances Online ($651.20 Via Price Beat + $50 EFTPOS Card @ TheGoodGuys)

100

Appliances Online still have the Dyson V6 Absolute for $659 (27% off RRP).

This can be had for $651.20 through The Good Guys using their 30 day best price guarantee as their current price is still $698. If purchasing via The Good Guys, then selecting Click & Collect will also entitle you to a $50 EFTPOS Card.

EDIT: I've noticed a few comments questioning whether price beat and cash back can be combined. Just to be clear, I purchased from The Good Guys at their original price (i.e. $698) and then claimed on the 30 day price guarantee. Apologies for any confusion.

Absolute version has never been $400

        Absolutely not

    • Incorrect.

    • I don't recall suggesting that this was the cheapest price ever for the Absolute. Without doubt, they've gone for less than this. That said, I think that this is one of the lowest prices available since about October last year.

    • Tell him, "He's dreaming."

    • $400 USD maybe, cheapest ever was like $530 if you got lucky on an ebay sale 6 months ago iirc

    • $400 for the Absolute? Rubbish. Delete your account immediately.

  • Just wondering how would you do price beat and c&c to claim $50 at the same time.

You would need to buy first via C&C, then claim back based on the 30 day price guarantee. Not sure if it's possible to price beat before purchasing via C&C, but I suspect not.

  • Or you could price match at Harvey Norman and stack with the $50 Amex deal if you registered making it $609

    • But wouldn't that entail handing money over to Gerry Harvey?

  • Whats the difference between the V6 absolute and the regular v6 from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/231153#comment-3400376

    • In a nutshell? Attachments and a HEPA filter.

Thanks, so the versions come with different accessories, I don't need the carpet thingy.. Annoyed I missed out on the Bing Lee deal on the standard one!

Motorhead and Fluffy head, HEPA filter. Cheaper one doesnt have a motorhead

    • Also a little quieter

    • Also cheaper one isn't eligible for the dyson pack rebate

  • TGG promotion says the item must be bought at their list/ advertised price
Price match and cashback may not work together.

    • I purchased at TGG advertised price, then submitted the $50 EFTPOS card claim (currently pending approval) and then claimed on the 30 day price guarantee (approved today).

  • Can anyone confirm if the price match and cashback works?

  • I totally forgot about the cashback but I purchased one of these at JB for $699 today. we have an older Dyson stick, this shits all over it, it's amazing..
