Microsoft's guide to change your region in Windows 10:

To change the country or region setting. Open Region and Language by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Region and Language. Click the Location tab, select your location from the list, and then click OK.

        @karu: What I meant by getting your friend to download it for you was that you also get them to pay for the purchase and then transfer money to them.

  Won't work keep getting "Contact us at Microsoft support" message, happens on 2 different cards

  Tried both Ukraine and Indian stores with 28 Degrees card and kept getting the "Contact Microsoft support We can’t process your payment."

  Haven't got the game but an $18 charge and multiple $0.50 charges went through!
