I have the originals and they are by far the best headphone for the gym.
Great price too for aus stock.

    • Agreed. The original ones I have are still going strong and are perfect for anything (especially the gym!).

ANY info on the product would be great.

  • Hey OzBargainers - NOTE that the 15% discount voucher only works once! I found out the hard way :-/ after purchasing 2 x $100 vouchers…and then not being able to apply the discount to the earphones because I had already used it for one for the vouchers :-(

Try use CRM1015D for $10 off instead

      • YES! It worked! Thank you!

  • Seems like an OK price for the ATH m50x - $189 before discount: http://www.coop.com.au/m50-premium-studio-headphones-black/4… (the URL says m50)

Might be an error? There's an identical item with different price: http://www.coop.com.au/audio-technica-studio-monitor-headpho…

  • I got 2 to use for outdoor biking

Plantronics Backbeat Fit - works well indoors and outdoors but low max-volume - disappointing overall compared to wired headphones

Jaybird - absolutely useless outdoors ( returned them )

Anyone able to clarify on the Max Volume of these Jaybird x2 ?

    • maybe the Audio Technica Noise cancelling one will work better for you? 90% reduction of environmental noise supposedly

      • with BT headphones … Audio Quality outdoors is apparently an issue due to lack of surfaces to reflect signal ( read somewhere ). But my Plantronics Backbeat Works well outdoors just the volume is too low

    1. Purchase membership to get discounted price $25 - (remember to use Cash Rewards)
1.1. Choose dual card (Open an account with ME bank and they will deposit $25 to your card)
    2. Purchase $110 voucher use CRM1015D to bring that down to $100 (dont bother using Cash Rewards it doesnt work since you're using a voucher code that isnt listed on their website.
2.1. Pay with AMEX to get $20 cash back
    3. Make a purchase (Jaybird X2)
3.1 Apply CRML0315 15% off to bring it down to $177.65
3.2 Apply the newly purchased voucher ($110), this will bring the total cost to $67.6
    4. Profit

    Total: $80 + $67.6 = $147.6 - 1.6 (from cash rewards) = $146

    • Hey man, I just had to leave a comment.

I didn't actually buy these earbuds, but I used (most of) your method above to get two textbooks I needed, and it worked out so much cheaper than anywhere else! Each was $65+, but with your method I got them for $50 each. Every other shop I've seen them for $70+

So I just had to say Thank YOU!!!

  • My order got cancelled for some random reasons, called the store and the head office a number of times, initially was told that it was something to do with my bank, then after confirming with CBA that the transaction went smoothly, the reason for cancellation became a "stock issue". In the end I was advised that the amount will be refunded however the gift card will have to be redeemed with coop with the set expiration date. Good trap Coop

  • So did anyone actually receive their order based on this discount code?

    • +1

Ended up going into the store and bought it with the discount.

      • For how much?

Were you able to use the voucher?

      • How did you go about using the coupon in store? I want to pick up a pair before the weekend and you can only use click and collect for textbooks.

    • I received my order.

  • I guess the post really should have $25 once off membership required in the title to be consistent with other posts.

  • Does anyone know whether this discount code can be used in store? Would like to get a pair before the weekend and you can only use click and collect for textbooks.
