Can't seem to get free shipping with a quantity of 1, but there appears to be free shipping if you buy two items. (so a good idea to buy 2)

        got my from the malaysia site ages ago when it first got released. I remember having to spam the site on release date as everyone was trying to buy it.
        was a nightmare.. haha

    2 for $34.18 delivered, not bad. Not shipping until the 15th due to Chinese new year though.

    I noticed that Fasttech lists the Mi Bank 10000mAh with 1A output. Banggood and Gearbest have the output listed as 2.1A for what seems like the same powerbank. Is there a reason for the difference?

    Well I ordered on the 16th, it shipped very late,about 21st but the tracking information disappeared.
    It was listed as in transit for 3 weeks and now is listed as an unknown tracking number.
    A long time to wait for the package. I've emailed Fasttech to see what they can do.

      I'm in the same situation as you guys. I bought two of these powerbanks in February and today I'm still waiting for them to arrive. I created a support ticket with FastTech and they told me they shipped the items on the 18th February and it should have taken 15 to 25 business days to arrive. We'll see when I receive these items.

      same boat I think I ordered it on the 6th was dispatched on the 19th the tracking has stopped since the 12th of March and I am unable to track on AUSPOST so unsure when to expect it. still crossing fingers.

        Same as you, shipped on the 19th and tracking stopped from the 12th of March. Tried contacting Fasttech and they said they would look into it, but that "may take maximum two months or 60 days to finalize the investigation".

        Did you happen to receive yours yet?

    Same, my delivery was 12the March… Nothing arrived and no Australia post tracking. I've sent 4 emails and had 2 replies, they didn't offer to raise a ticket though, thinking of complaining to PayPal.

    Arrived today…seem genuine although I guess anyone can knock off a hologram.

    just received the following email from fast tech today…

    Dear xxxxxxx,

    Thank you for ordering from FastTech.

    We feel pity to tell you that your order which shipped via registered airmail of Sweden Post has been returned by Sweden Post due to they cannot ship batteries to your country any more.

    Thus FastTech have to issue full refund through the original payment gateway that you paid for the returned package. It may take 48 hours for our staffs to process the refund.
