      please post if you can really claim?> i have 2 vouchers and tried 2 different shops they said not coming up on their screen after scanning? (phone and printed)

        I was able to claim the Pure Eden even though it tasted quite horrible in my opinion

          I've had the Pure Eden a few times now and I have been substituting the greens booster/spinach for a protein booster (no extra charge) and it tastes quite nice!

          @nightelves: Yes, I've done it a few times without any probs. And I still want to avoid spinach these days just in case. You could probably pull anything else out you want and substitute it.

          Yeah I have pulled all the greens out from the last Boost but didn't know they allow you to substitute things over.

          @eisniwre: I haven't had any problems with scanning the barcode from my phone, and the staff knew about it the promotion. They made it a simple process and seemed happy to provide substitutions!

          Yeap I've had no problem whatsoever. I just showed them my barcode on my iphone and they scanned it with their barcode reader.

          Enlarge the barcode on your smartphone to see if it helps.

          Already tried to enlarge. The scanner able to read there was beep beep sound but the guy said nothing came up on his screen showing free drinks.

    hey i know now after trying.
    so we got the email once winning the game, right? there is barcode on the email, also there is link "download voucher"
    the barcode directly on the body of the email is WORKING but the barcode from the download voucher link is NOT working.

    Rubbish service at Winston Hills.
    store manager scanned code it didn't recognize.
    She called someone and said its actually $9 and this code offers -5$ so pay us $4.
    Didn't bother to spend any more time there walked away…buggers!

      Complain to boost via their website. They're usually pretty good and will just give you 10 free vibe points or something to shut you up.

      My experience anyway.
