      These are unlocked devices and don't have any additional bloatware by the carriers unlike the prepaid ones. Which means that any new Android versions can be downloaded to such devices sooner than carrier unlocked ones.

    No bargain, 4.3” 480 x 800 (WVGA) display $199? who will buy? The lock version is only $99 in bigw, kmart, coles. You could pay small fee (100% less than $100) to unlock it. The warranty service of those shops are much more better, convenient.

          First port of call for a warranty return is the selling retailer. Revealing yourself right there.

          I can see that you and the various consumer protection and trade commissions around the country are heady for a very stormy relationship. FWIW - you are primarily responsible for warranty as the customer does not have a contract with the manufacturer, you do.
          You have sent enough signals regarding your attitude, knowledge and respect for the public to ensure that it is doubtful anybody finding this thread would consider any act as foolish as trusting you.
