I dont think theres a minimum spend, but of course you pay for the higher priced meal. Not sure if you can purchase from the other parts of jojo's. Cause theres a steak counter/asian/pizza/ etc

no min spend..yes you pay the highest price between two..

you can choose from all 3 restaurant in it. all in the menu :)
