Would go well with https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/234803 if the packs are specially marked.

    • Definitely :) And it is more often the bigger packs that are marked :)

      • example of specially marked?

    • Yep - should be able to get specially marked packs from Feb 17th.

Two of these for $7.88 with a free book (appears postage is free too) is a pretty good deal http://imgur.com/zv4dG5p

As an OzBargainer my first instinct is to select the most expensive book.

      • Thanks. Looks like most/all of it are aimed at kids' and young adults, nothing for "adult" adult

  • Thanks

  • Can't beat Kellogg's Corn Flakes!

Has anyone had anything that tastes similar but is cheaper? i.e. Aldi variants?

    • I prefer Crunchy Nut or Frosties myself. Normal corn flakes is just bleugh!

    • Once you've had frosties you can never go back to regular corn flakes.

      • +3

Lol nah, tried em both but way too sweet for me!

        • You're supposed to use milk to water it down.

        • +3

@Clear: Nah, you should use water to milk it down.

Yeah, my waist won't go back either, no thanks! All these junk food under the guise of healthy and ppl buy them
High sugar is worse than fat

      • yes way too sweet and corn flakes are not just too sweet they are also very salty.

  • Not the worst books for kids either. Must be costing them a fair bit -show how big their profit margins are

    • Or it could be a loss leader to improve market share from converting generic branded cereal consumers across. Even a small % of conversion could increase the market share. Besides, the book publishers may be giving these books for free to Kelloggs as part of their marketing exercise.

Reminds me of the good old days of primary school where the only books I'd read were Goosebumps!

    • I just write my own…

  • +2

There's a limit of 5 books so it's only worth buying 10 boxes.
I just claimed 5 books - the site is terrible on mobile and uploading the receipt is painful. Hopefully they'll arrive.

  • Wimpy kid!

Yay finally arrived, just come back to say thanks
