  • Most likely one-way from Darwin with Scoot (usual sale price)?

My crystal ball can neither confirm or deny

      • What say your non-crystal ball then?

Will update more when more details become available

How is this considered a bargain when you have next to no details about the offer and its not running yet.

Thats like me posting Coles and Woolies 50% off offers for next week and saying I will update it when I know more.
Return to Singapore was posted at $230 today, so $125 one way from Darwin Is not a bargain..

    • so $125 one way from Darwin Is not a bargain..

I never said it was from Darwin. ccwwayne is making the prediction. Take it up with him/her

      • But it could be from Darwin.. And thats not a bargain..

So you are posting this because it might be from Melb and Syd making it a bargain?

    • For the same reason, my negative. No deal either in the title or description.

Thanks OP. Always nice to get an early 'heads up'

    Thanks EC.

    cheap, but not many details

For instance, a flight to Singapore from Perth at the moment with about 2 seconds of searching I found from $123 in June

    • are you planning to share the deal with us? dates etc.

      • It's already been posted on here as a return flight deal..

        • You mean the IWTF deal? I can't seem to get $123, You want to share your dates?

        • @zeckem:

I just clicked the first Perth link and it showed a date range covering june/July with the cheapest per-sin leg at that price…

        • Thanks

I found prices on Scoot and had them price matched with Jetstar. 2 people return for $516, including $20kg baggage for 1 person return.

    • I found from $123 in June

How about other months which are more expensive,

You could potentially get it cheaper from scoopon for the more expensive months.

      • But you've posted no city or date details so 'potentially' isnt definitely

        • And your just assuming its from perth on specific dates

        • @easternculture:
then how about you post some DETAILS so this isnt ASSUME-bargain

  • +3

What's with the Haters? Any potential bargain good. Most flights mel-sin return are $450 at the cheapest. If i save $250 for a cheap airfare - you can use that for accommodation if you are prepared to take a transit flight.

      true
but potential bargains are more 'forum' territory, actual available bargains are deals

  • Thanks for the heads up EC.

Tickets to singapore $125? Could be from anywhere. Not a deal at this point IMHO.

    • +3

      how is that "IMHO"?

      • Haha

  • any update?

  • doesn't seem to be much:
    https://www.scoopon.com.au/promo/OurBigSurpriseHasArrived

    New deals daily?

  • can't see anything new at all!

  • so can we move this to the forum yet?

  • Big wow, Scoopon

  • I waited for it to start, that was a waste of time.

    "Our Big Surprise Has Arrived!"

So how does this work? Do I need a Scoopon account or is there a direct link? Need cheap tixs to Singapore in Aug but want to avoid Scoopon like the plague…

    • Just go through the link. No need for a Scoopon account.

      • Thank you! Price dropped by about $50 when I went through that link. NOT through the deal link on here.

  • Had a bad experience with Scoot booking system. Tried to use a link that might have been targeted. In the end they were unable to honour the tickets at original price and requested additional payment to accommodate ticket change. After the delay I was exposed to currency conversion issues with credit card provider.
I demanded Scoot issue a full refund and after hassling with their foreign call centre staff etc they've offered me cash Scoot vouchers instead of a refund. What a joke.

Anyway if you guys still game PM me would offer vouchers at 5% discount. Would save me having to continue winging and then escalate the issue.

  • Should this be marked expired? I can't get any prices from Perth @ $125 any more (did the other day when I looked though). Just me?
