Aldi has clearance on theirs and it's $60, got one last week, it's worth having a look before hitting the buy button i guess.

      Aldi has clearance on theirs

Is that the "Auto Bauhn" ???

      • hehe not sure but it looks identical..

        • It's exactly the same brand & model, yes. :)

        • @StewBalls: did you end up getting the aldi one, was it $60?

        • +1

@radem12: Last time I saw them, they were still $79; but I'm gonna swing past a couple of Aldi stores on my way home from work this arvo to see if I can grab one at $60…I'll report back if I have any joy! ;)

        • @radem12: Update: Stopped at Aldi Cardiff, they had heaps, but no longer the same Little Tikes brand like they were a couple of months ago, seems like their own house brand packaging now…but it was definitely $59.99.

I didn't get one, I'm kind of on the fence now, I know the Little Tikes ones are really robust like others have noted, but unsure of the Aldi branded one…I'm leaning towards paying the extra twenty bills for the known quantity!

        • @StewBalls: Yeah i thought they were Aldi branded, we had some trouble putting it together, the plastic didn't perfectly fit but ended up working ok…

According to a clever billboard a few years ago- "The highest selling car in the world"

They should make an XXL version for adults, with a motor and power steering.

They have. Look up Tata Nano… FYI they initally considered building the Nano with cardboard panels…

But the Little Tikes Cosy Coupe a great little car for the little ones. Just don't let them go down hills. Remember there aren't any breaks on these things… Look up YouTube

I bought mine from Aldi a while back for $69 (the cosy coupe not the Nano).

      • No, I mean a single seat version with the same colour scheme, which you can ride on the footpath :P

The enjoyment that kids get out of these is beyond belief. They don't look like much. But the imagination value…

    • This.
If I had to buy only one toy for a 1-3yr old, this would be it.

  • Good price.

  • Bought one. Thanks OP

  • See them regularly kerbside on Council cleanups …. not because they're no good, simply couldn't be bothered advertising

Crazy how much this kinda stuff costs, even after heavy discount.
    Must just be me.
If they're anything like Tonka, they can ask whatever they want - AS THEY LAST!

  • Bought one as well. price has been lower before but the reviews seem too good to let it go.

  • Thanks OP.. bought one for my daughter who was trying to steal the neighbour's one.

  • Out of stock

  • Thanks, I always wanted one of these…

  • Does anyone know if there are any left in a store in Sydney??
