      and the no return policy is a joke and quite illegal afaik

          Sorry, you are being quite rude!
          Certainly we appreciate postage is calculated by weight but you seriously need to get a better courier if it is costing $48 to send 2 globes to Perth! You can surely see why we think you are profiteering from false shipping costs.

      In fact, that condition contravenes the act.
      The ACCC expressly advises that suppliers can't say no returns as that would limit your rights under the ACL (statutory warranty).
      Apart from that the fixed price delivery charges make this not a deal.
      PS. if you say nothing over $x, then you should ensure that is actually what you are offering as it is considered false advertising see

      If the product was disclosed as such, then yes.

      For example, items sold as "clearance, maybe faulty or marked, sold as-is" may be sold without a consumer guarantee applying.

    Sorry, you can't deny a purchaser a refund. That's the law in Australia.

      Refund is OK, but you should keep the item intact if it doesn't suit you. Also, we have responsibility to ensure the item sold with brand new condition. We accept refund if it is our issue.
