Booking Guarantee: In the event that you make a booking through Dimmi, but the restaurant loses, misplaces or simply cannot accommodate the booking through direct fault of its own, then the restaurant agrees to provide you with a complimentary meal for two (to the maximum value of $50.00.) This only applies in instances when the booking cannot be honoured. This does not include situations when the restaurant does not have record of your booking but is still able to accommodate you. Requests should be put in writing to [email protected]
Rewards Policy includes:
5.2. Meal Vouchers may only be used at a selection of Redemption Restaurants which is available by clicking on "My Rewards" within your Account.
6.3. Once you earn sufficient Reward Points you are entitled to a Free Meal or discount of $50 from the food charges contained in your bill. If your bill is less than $50, you will not be entitled to any refund. If your bill is more than $50, you will be required to pay the difference.
6.4. The Meal Voucher entitles you to $50 of food only & cannot be used for hot / cold beverages or alcoholic drinks.
6.5. You may only use your voucher:
- Subject to restaurant availability;
- For Lunch or Dinner Sunday through Thursday, but not at all on Fridays or Saturdays or on a public holiday, Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day or the Christmas Period from 13th December - 14th January.
- The Voucher cannot be used in association with any other deal, promotion or special.
- Only one Voucher can be used per booking / party.
- Meal Vouchers are not redeemable for cash & cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Minimum of 2 people must dine to use the Voucher. One voucher per booking only.
Errrrrrm. You don't really earn $25 meal voucher at all. You are only half way to getting $50 meal voucher. You don't get anything if you decide to not continue using dimmi. That's an important difference there. Title is misleading.
