Once upon a Time Nappies - 11 Boxes for $100 ($9.10 Per Box) C&C @ Woolworths ($80 with Amex)

80
WK34COLLECT

As per this post: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/233623
and by combining the 10% off $100 deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/235140
and the Amex $20 off $100 deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/232892

11 boxes of nappies (plus a $1 item) will cost $111 ($10 x 11 + $1) - $11 (10%) - $20 (Amex Credit), that is $80 for 11 boxes (equivalent to $7.27 per box)

Crawler and infant sizes only available.

If you are not precious about your brand of nappy, then this is the deal for you.

If you combine this with the aforementioned code and Amex card credit it works out to 990 6-11kg nappies for $80. Or approximately 8.1c per nappy.

From personal experience these are not the best nappies, but hey they keep the liquid and solids in and I find you still need to change your baby regularly even if you buy the more expensive brand.

My personal favourite nappy is Comfy bots for price and quality. Works out to about 20c a nappy everyday. But I would make the switch for 8c per nappy!

  • i think website says theres stock but i ordered a few days ago (using amex deal) and they have refunded me as product unavailable. if you use personal shopper it'll be interesting to see what they replace it with.. hmmm

  • Out of stock

  • Worth pointing out only available in crawler and infant.

    • That'll disappoint plenty of people browsing OzB at Crown Casino. Guess they'll have to stick with their Depends and Tena products.

  • I bought 11 boxes last week for C&C but 4 were refunded and one swapped for Huggies half-sized box - when I pointed this out they gave me 2. Bought another 5 this week to make sure I get the Amex credit.

Total cost per infant nappy is < 7.5c taking all discounts and credits and CR into account. Quality is good and I would buy again.

  • It only takes one leaked brown nappy
Then you don't go save cents on nappies.

    • Every baby is different and different nappies work better and worse. With our daughter Huggies used to leak all the time. So each to their own. You need to use what works well for you. But you are right in that leakage is the main factor to bear in mind.

As they get older leaks are less of an issue as things solidify. And as long as you are not feeding your baby overnight without changing their nappy, most nappies should hold firm.

  • damnit. i didnt realize i had to add another $1 item to make it $100 to get the $20 cash back from amex.
has anyone cancelled order from wollies online before? is it hard?
    Thanks

    • apparently very easy and no fuss either. number to call is on the invoice you receive on confirmation email.
