Historically JD.com has been quite slow in their shipping (4-6 weeks) but looks like they now have a "Quick Ship" option that is quoting 4-8 days and is still free. Worth a try.

Choose Australia in the "Shipping" drop down and select JD-HK-Equick EP 4~8 days Free Shipping

Also: OnePlus X Black Onyx 16GB 3GB RAM for US $209 (AU $294) Shipped - This one keeps going out of stock but I have seen it available several times a day and it will keep coming back in stock if you keep trying after a few hours.

Honestly do not buy from them, I bought the OnePlus X a month ago and still no sign of it.

    • What was the quoted shipping time?

Sorry to hear. I posted the last deal as well and got one myself, mine arrived a couple of days ago. Took a month basically. Was a frustrating wait, that's why I was surprised to see they now have a faster shipping option.

      • i always factor in 4 weeks for the free shipping options from these asian suppliers ….. if it arrives easier great, but i never expect faster ….maybe they quote working days ….then 25 would be a month.

if you want it quicker pay for their faster options.

gearbest, bangood, etc allow 4 weeks.

Honestly do not buy from them, I bought the OnePlus X a month ago and still no sign of it.

Clearly the problem is that you cannot understand what 15-25 days delivery and ships out within 5 days means? I'll give you a hint 15+5=20 and 25+5=30 so the shipping time is generally between 20 and 30 days. 30 days is also the approximate number of days in a month. So you recommendation based on your inability to understand the delivery time is to buy elsewhere! And you knew that the shipping times were around a month or a bit longer before you ordered (it was discussed in the deal that you purchased from and also posted in)

Sheesh some people are never happy, they save a bundle on buying something locally and complain about slow shipping from Asia when they chose the cheapest method.

Plus it appears you ordered under a month ago around the 21st or 22nd of January - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/231004#comment-3398978

So you've downgraded it to a moron from a compete moron? How does this excuse you inability to read?

  • Bought plenty from JD before, generally received items within 2-3 weeks. Bought a phone recently and it took just over 3 weeks.

Be careful I wouldn't buy from JD I purchased a Lenovo a806 received open box screen all scratched obviously not new( but works fine still).I couldn't be bothered with the return because of my disability so couldn't get my money back but obviously was not happy.

  • JD sucks.

I got fake trackingg number and emails were sent with other customers email addresses attached! Terrible!

  • Fulfilment by JD

I've got a Nubia Z9 Max from them and it's sealed, English Android with Playstore installed.
Not sure if it's consistent for all.

    • was that the version with the Snapdragon 615?

Im looking to get a z9 mini and was really confused about why it was the same price as the Max till I found out.

      • Yes it is SD615 version, which is sufficient for my needs (no heavy gaming on phone).
It was the camera sensor that tempted me to try it, and I would say it's surely above average for the camera.

Now they're doing 40USD off 200USD spent (add some screen protector/case to get slightly over 200USD).
And with the new Free Express Shipping (~1week) I think it's very sweet.

I have no experience with sellers other than JD themselves on jd.com so I cannot comment on their reliability.

        Cheers

  • Is it me or it really didn't drop much in price.

    • +1

Indeed, this phone has been around for quite some time. This price is not exactly a bargain.

    • True but when this phone came out AUD was on par with USD and now 1 USD buys only about AU 70c.

      • +4

I wish 1 USD was only 70c Australian.

  • So I'm just saying, but I'm interested in buying a OnePlus One to test out the new desktop/mobile Ubuntu platform coming out soon. Will be handy hooking up a phone to a screen instead of carrying a laptop everywhere.

  • This site sucks!

Ordered phone Dec 19 2015 - still waiting.

Everytime I ask a questions, they just say be patient phone has been shipped, and give me same tracking number.

ITs shows "in transit" for 46 days. Terrible. I think its luck of the draw if you get good or bad shipping obvosly I got bad.

  • The description should be edited to remove the reference to Oneplus X - it isn't US$209, and the coupon code doesn't work for it.

    • The coupon also isn't working for the Oneplus One.
