My Inkjet printer ran out of ink again & a genuine refill inks will cost me fortune. So I am looking for a color laser printer & found this site. Apparently this Samsung Color laser printer is on clearance sale.
No Duplex unfortunately. But since starter toners are included then it might not be so bad.

Black: 1,000 pages, Cyan/Magenta/Yellow: 700 pages each

Wonder if I could just print Cyan/Magenta/Yellow text documents when the black toner nearly exhausted to get up to 3100 pages ? So a 4c/page ?
Anyone with this printer can give us the feedback ?

    Genuine toner cartridges for this model are $103 each. You need four cartridges - C, M, Y, K - which means $400 per refill. Non-genuine toner cartridges are around $80 each.

    At those prices, Samsung should pay me to take the printer.

      If toners costs $400 then why don't we just but 4 printers to save money. Scratch that idea as toners with printer are only starter ones

    A replacement set of 3rd party toner/drums for this is $150 on eBay. (or $4x for just black)
    Which is twice as much as for my Brother colour laser, so you can do better.

      Which brother model do you use? I was considering Brother HL-3170CDW for $259 as alternative @officework , but I heard from many reviews that this particular model has mediocre fusion roller which failed around 1-2 years of medium usage. Would've bought that one if it wasn't for many of these review complaints :(

        I bought a 2nd hand Brother HL-3040CN colour on Gumtree for $30 3 years ago still working ok. OEM toners are about $30 each @1.5k~2k page count. I always like Brother printer they are cheap to run. Fuji Xerox are ok too.

      YUP! Same here. Biggest regret buying genuine ink and then printer died.. Sooo not the oz bargain way…

      edit: Actually I got the ink from inkman too! Was the cheapest for genuine ink.

    I have a CLP-415NW. It's been telling me for months to replace the black toner, but it just keeps on printing.

    I only use brother laser printers. Still haven't had one break down (currently have 4).

    Can vouch for: Brother HL-4150CDN series Printer and Brother HL-6180DW series

    Shame i don't need a colour laser printer. Bulk ink refill kits from this mob come with chips, easy to understand instructions, etc

    Fuji Xerox Model CP115W for less than $70 delivered might be a bit of a rival from www.1-day.com.au
    (colour laser but I can't find easily details as to what amount of toner is included)
