  • Wow that's awesome, wish I was near a Myer today.

  • +4

Yeah cool. During working hours. Ty Myer.

    • +3

At least it's during lunch hours for those lucky enough to work near a Myer. Can't all win :)

  • I don't have much experience with this brand… What might be a good deal?

    • +2

HOOLA bronzer and Porefessional primer are both amazing

    • +2

Browzings! Although there is a NYX and Australis dupe that's supposed to be just as good. But I can't live without mine.

      • +1

Nope Browszings is much better than the Australis dupe. Cannot comment on NYX though…

  • wow, can't imagine what the Myers in Bourke St will look like… not going to fight that crowd!

  • +3

Wish MAC would do something like this instead!

  • Not valid for packs btw. Just single items.

    • +2

The packs still scanned up as $29 at Castle Towers Myer!

      • Yeah I heard that a bunch of people got them for $29, and then a whole load of people were also told by staff that they weren't, pretty frustrating!

  • +5

Was crazy in bourke st melb. 100 people queue in a single cashier

  • Wonder if they do phone orders

  • Weribee store not giving deal price

  • +4

Just got back from Bourke St Myer, it was crazy. Bought 5 items, thanks OP

  • +6

Went to myer randomly, didn't know this was on. This is like the male equivalent of all star wars lego under $30

  • +3

Castle Towers Myer line is very quick. Got two items and kinda wish I'd gotten more. Worth stocking up on the Porefessional primer.

Just returned from Sydney myer - was there from 11.45am and heaps of skincare was already sold out (ie girls had picked them up already and not yet paid).
Got all the rest of my wishlist plus more! It was mayhem, squashy and crowded but I don't get phased by that (secretly I enjoy a bit of a sales frenzy).

Thanks heaps for posting OP, I thought I was following their page on FB but realised I wasn't today.

    • Didn't think of it that way. Smart hang on to it until 12noon

      • Yeah I should have been smarter and done this too!

  • +1

Had to heavily talk myself out of this. There isn't anything in particular I'm itching to try, but $29 is such a good deal for a lot of their products…

    • +1

I didn't need anything but always go through foundation so stocked up. Less than half price.

  • That's not entirely true. Their benefit pore value size is $76, no change. I bought and have to refund it because there is no discount.

    • This product was actually pointed out as an exception in the t&c's!

    • Which Myer were you at? Mine scanned in at $29 at the Bourke St Mall.

      • nah, the value (44ml) wasnt discounted. Yours probably 22ml down from $53

        • Nope! It's the 44ml - had the 22ml originally but switched when I saw everyone else grabbing the 44ml instead :)

        • @Qry: oh wow lucky you! terms and conditions state value sizes are excluded :)

      • You are lucky then. I'm at the Bourke street store too.

Went to Myer at Indooroopilly QLD and heard the conversation between 2 staffs:
    1: did you get anything?
2: yeah, I kept some in the cabinet.
    2: and you?
1: I am serving another customer at the moment, will be back later. Can you keep some Hoola for me?
2: let me check, and keep one for you if I found.

No wonder why I couldn't buy anything for my gf. She asked me to buy the Porefessional and Hoola

I came by at about 1130 to pick try out a few products beforehand. A lot of people had already picked up what they needed and their friends orders. Think the shelves were cleared by the time noon came around from all the popular products.

Myer Adelaide was busy but not impossible. I knew exactly what I wanted and was in and out in under 20 minutes including the walk from my office to the store.

Sadly big beautiful eyes was sold out but I grabbed another neutrals palette. The Eyebrow Kit is good value on this deal!

  • It's not expired in Perth

  • I went to Sydney at 12.15, was pretty crazy for the half an hour I was there trying to squeeze in and out but the staff were really great! Good thing it's Myers so there were plenty of checkouts, think between 4 girls we bought about 10 products! I remember some blushes and foundations were sold out by then. Fun times! =)

Just came back from Bourke Street Melbourne, busy yes, crazy no. Got there around 1pm, and lined up for less than 5 minutes.

All the skincare were gone by the time I got there, but I still managed to get Hoola and Porefessional, eyecream, and 6 more things that I've always wanted to try!!

    So happy!!! Thanks OP!!

    • it's interesting that the skincare is all gone cos only 2/3 products of the skincare category cost more than $29

      • That's what they told me. And I only know of one item that's less than $29.

Nevertheless, I wanted the serum and face cream that were $79 each and they were gone :(

Got the eye cream, toning lotion and emulsion in the end that were $59, $55 & $55, so I'm really happy ^_^

        • actually youre right, I was looking at US site oops no wonder almost all of them less than $29

        • @fomal: Crazy how much we pay compare to US prices!

  • Myer Doncaster was relatively busy. For items out of stock, there were staff on hand with their ipads to take your orders at $29.Pay today and they will contact you when item arrives. I bought the Porefessional and resisted the urge to buy more, which will probably sit awhile in my cupboard.

OMG I WISH THEY DID THIS AT SYDNEY.
sorry for angry caps (not directed at you)!! but I would have paid for a whole bunch of items if they were ordering :(
I hate inconsistencies between stores. sad face.

What time did you go? We arrived 1pm and it was bedlam. Nicely asked the Benefit gals what we wanted and they quickly ducked in the under counter cabinets and we were on our merry way (albeit couple a hundred poorer). In the meantime women were going crazy snatching whatever half ripped boxes were still lying around on the counters. Anyway, thanks a ton OP - you made my gf very happy :)

        • I was there from 11.45am, I agree that the girls were trying their best to be helpful but the only products they were pulling out from the cabinets and boxes were the very very common ones (like hoola and porefressional kits) not the more scarce items. Either way they were definitely not taking orders as they did in Melb which sucks but still glad to have got what I did :)
